Hi,

I am in the process of developing the domains that I prefer to keep myself and use.

The first is just my mini-portfolio site, which *was* a template heavily edited to my own style, as you can tell if you look at the messy style sheet. However opinions appriciated - http://www.richard-edwards.net

Second is a design brand I had to do last year in University, which I would like to develop and maybe get some small scale development projects to do under the brand name, this will be basically the same content as on my portfolio, but branded. Three rought ideas for this, but I would like help deciding what way to follow for a more professional approach.

2) http://www.newvectordesign.com/v2
3) http://www.newvectordesign.com/v3

Thanks =]

-Clean and simple
-Probably has all the information I need (I'm not an employer so I can't be sure)
*Your home link is always the one highlighted. Confusing! Highlight your current page.
*Text is too small. You need to make it readable.
*A bit too simple for me, but then again it is just your CV.

newvectordesign.com
-Your version one is the best. But is far too image heavy, took too long to load.
--Could use some rollover effects for your links
-Your version two is alright. Not defined enough.
--There is not enough sections for it. Your menu, content, footer and header are all rolled into one. Not so good for flow.
-Your version three is the worst of the three.
--Far too open and not enough defining the site. Too much whitespace.

Hope this helps a bit. :) Good luck!

Thank you, many people seem to prefer the first, but I would have to re-build it all as you say, its very image heavy. Thats what you get for a first attempt PS website :p

Been working on my CSS, so I am sure I could re-make it, and probably put the brand name on the left instead of the right? and make those boxes bigger and make them into divs instead of images ofcourse :p

Nice layout, but find the font a bit too small

first one is a bit to simple for someone doing design and web development as the logo is a simple ps brush. If i was landing on the page to order a design from you i would expect a bit more. lets put it this way if you were applying for a job and you take in your resume and it says Very good with word and computers and such yet you use a premade resume template whats that say.

the others the first one is too clutered and the others are way to simple. but the colors are alright.
