I need a banner for my software forum: http://www.SoftOnline.net/, the banner needs to be:

1. 468x60 in size, colorful and still.
2. Has text "Get free software help at SoftOnline.net"

I will pay $15 (paypal) or NP$1000 to the winner.

No deadline, I will end this contest when I get a good one, it may be today or next month.

I hold the right not to pick up a winner if no designs are appealing to me.

Many thanks for all the submissions, I decide to end the contest earlier.
The winner is PolurNET, I'm waiting for his final design which needs small modifications.

I also like Tippy(version 1), 170designs and krishm's designs, but unfortunately I only can pick up one winner, I would like to pay $5 or equivalent NP$ if you agree to transfer all the rights to me. PM me your payment method - paypal or NP$.

All other submissions (vip-ip, se, l0zo) have been donated NP$100 as a thanks.

Hmm, I am a little confused... when you say, "I would like to pay $5 or equivalent NP$ if you agree to transfer all the rights to me. PM me your payment method - paypal or NP$." - is that just for the winner? or for Tippy(version 1), 170designs and krishm's designs?
