I got leprosy now just 'cause my hoodie slip down when the poh-lice-man bang my head shoving me into the poh-lice-car and the press all pull they trigger fingers on those fancy cameras stuck in they faces alla time? De fock, man, dude can't catch a break just 'cause I had to get up in this bitch poh-lice-dude's grill and... hang on... why is Bannen talking like a gangbanger from the 'hood? Bannen is a white boy, and it was just a minor speeding ticket, only one person took a photo and he wasn't even really pointing it at me, just some flowers. Anyway, ThePerpWalk is becoming a common phrase these days.

I just read an article in Time Magazine about the "deep web" and anonymous servers (Silk Road, blah, blah), and onion routing was mentioned.

So I snatched Onion Routing.

We may have been reading the same article/s. Nice reg, perhaps I should've kept it on my private reserve, ha. Congrats :)

*

It was, now it's not.

Formerly, it was registered, alone with the .net, .org, and. info (all still available).

According to Time (page 28, 11 November 2013), the term was coined in 1996 in a paper titled "Hiding Routing Information":

The scientists/authors

called their idea "onion routing" because of the layers of encryption that surround and obscure the data being passed back and forth.

The acronym "Tor" refers to "The Onion Router," but according to the article, the acronym is no longer used much, but it's still listed aplenty on Google.

The article does paint a dark picture of "the Deep Web," but despite the myriad nefarious uses, anonymity can be important for discourse among people who may be repressed by their governments.

I'm not sure if this was a good reg or not, but it was cheap, and my gut told me to do it, even though owning this might bring gov. scrutiny on me.

Oh, a couple I will release from my private reserve:

KillerDN.com - has been regged off and on and I keep thinking about it... but okay just grab it. Nice reseller site name.
HandRegged.com - common domaining term. I was the first ever to reg it back in '06, sold it here for $55 in auction. Buyer let it drop, it was picked up for a year or two by someone else then dropped again. Then I hand regged it again and sold it to a domainer again for $350. He had it 2 or 3 years and now it is available again. But this time you can have it, maybe you will profit from it as much as I did. Could be a mistake because as the saying goes 'third time lucky', so call it a gift :)

owning this might bring gov. scrutiny on me.

Let us know if that happens; hopefully one day you will not be cursing the day you ever checked in to my list :)

Looks like the gift that keeps on giving...

I didn't take it, though.

Well, I'm not using privacy, so maybe I'll be okay. But if two g-men come knocking on my door, I'll "sing" on this forum.

For some reason, I keep track of this thread and the domains posted.
Like I do a few others.
And always, find domains that I want to reg.
But I walk away from the computer for a bit to talk to myself into not regging domains.
So far, I am successful at that.

Good lists always.

Great list(s)! I haven't regged any of the domains yet but wrote down a couple which I really like :)

Edit: Never mind, regged RiskFreeWorld(.)com and CrimeQueen(.)com. Thx!

Thanks people; I've been away from home for a few weeks, check the forum but not spinning names. Return home in a week and will get back to available names and this list :)
