A lot of people look up how to bake (or roast) a chicken on the internet. There is certainly interest and traffic available for this term.

I think the best way to make money from this domain is to create a good website about how to bake a chicken, with a good video, and take money from the ads.

If you just want to see the domain, I think $200+ would be a good sale, but you may find buyers hard to convince.
