I have BackyardFights.com this a popular area that underground fights happen like kimbo slice and millions other also it has a lot of youtube videos and also it gets 5-10 type ins a day no backlinks on this domain

Nice name but sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen if a developer makes their own videos. No adsense ads show for this term. The only thing that holds this back to me is the lack of an industry behind it. I believe its easy to sell though, high xx and even higher. good luck.

their is no adsense becuase is underground and plus I dont no lawsuit since it is like the term fighting games inc sues for the term fightingGames.com just an example almost every domain has a potential udrp case and plus the company has to show how i was using the domain for baith faith .yah possible lawsuit but unlikely to win and for adsense ads and advertisement you dont need exact advertisemnet but similar like a lot of domain sale without advertisement ads . like how can you put advertisement on a domain like sportsblog.com it gets searches but probably wouldnt have any advertisement. I appreciate appraisal everyone is welcome to price opinions but I had to clear up these things these are unique factors that add to value not always take away mattering the domain name

by lawsuit i mean the people fighting in the videos and getting hurt in such a non controlled enviroment, not domain name bad faith stuff lol

"underground" means like I said, lack of an industry behind it. No ads, might steer people to MMA, Ultimate Fighting but those ads dont impress me in quantity or probable click vaule.
