There is of course the question of whether you are allowed to use a domain as commentary on a product (in this tcase the product would be 'Trump'). Of course with Trump standing for nomination of the Republican Party for POTUS it does open up a whole lot of problems for Trump and his organisation should he try to take down any sites. For instance a little thing called 'Freedom of Speech' could be used as the defence against any law suit - and I am sure there would be many lawyers who would act on your behalf for free.
Then there is the question of how would you monetise such a site, this becomes a little cloudy to say the least when it comes to using a TM domain. I do not feel I am qualified to give advice on this but it is something that needs close examination before either putting the domain up for sale or creating a site on the domain and monetizing it.
If someone somewhere wanted to have some fun with a site built on this domain then I am sure they could, the problem though is that any offer you receive for the domain if advertised publicly could just as well come from Trump's representatives trying to snare you into asking for a price to sell them the domain as from someone actually wanting to buy it. There are many aspects to consider here. If you are a fan of Trump's then you could offer it to the Trump organisation, if you are not a fan of Trump then you could offer it to the Democrats or one of the other candidates for the Republican nomination.
