Backordering domain PendingDelete

A domain is in pending delete and I've backordered it with Snapnames but over the past few days their support is very very slow and some of my questions went unanswered. one of them being a problem with my card on my account (debit card) and whether it would get transacted properly since I have a withdrawal+savings account on the card yet I've only specified card number+verification. would this be ok? do I need to put the money on a specific account?

also in case when the name drops and snapnames catches it but my card doesn't deduct the fee what will happen? will I be given a chance to change my card info to make it work properly or will the domain be registered by snapnames? or will it just be available for anyone to grab?

SnapNames grab the domain before they try to charge your card. I don't really understand you problem with your card, but if in doubt you could always prepay SnapNames for the purchase. If they don't capture the domain, you can use the funds for another backorder. Maybe they would also refund you. But I don't know if they allow that or not.

I'm just a little worried as it's a debit card and not a credit card so wasn't sure if it would work. I will look into adding funds to snapnames. I did have a brief look at it though, but when I try to add funds, choose funds adding method is greyed out saying " No payment needed. " :S

althou snap is a great catcher, if the name is important to you make sure to order it up in other places too just in case

Well Snapnames have failed multiple times for me
I have back ordered some domains which where not listed at snapnames for $19.
I was ready to pay $69 for the names but snapnames fail to get the name.
Same with pool, Pool has never got me a backordered domain.

I think its not a problem with your card.
When you register your card with snapnames, It verifies by deducting some amount from your card, just to check its a valid card. So i dont think you have that problem.
Try to back order domain that are in Top deals of snapnames, they generally cost you around $19 or more.

141 now, i have no clue why people even bid when there are 2 days left? It's not like they are putting in their max as I see them coming back to bid again.

There are many bidders but the names that usually bid things up beyond any rational explanation seem to be on vacation.
