My price request is 2975$. The guy is offering 400$, then I counteroffered something near 2500$ and he counter-counter offered 450$. What would you do in my position?

If it were me I would probably take the $450 for that name and be happy. What is the end user you have in mind? That might help in seeing a clear use case.
