i cant tell from non caps letter and no numbers, but if thats the sam font as where it says "dubitisland 3d chat" then its not it

If no one can identify the font, you should go to this website, then under "Font Finder," type in "a." By doing so, their entire collection of fonts will be displayed with a preview of it. It should make it much easier to locate the font. Alternatively, you can find a substitute font that looks like the one on that website. Good luck.

do you know a site where i can type in the number "1" and it will show me the what the number "1" in all the fonts lookas like?

Not really, but I did find this while looking for a font that may resemble the one you are looking for. Perhaps that will help you locate the font.

taht didn't find it either, but that was a very cool tool, they must've made their own font

I doubt that. I suppose your last hope of identifying the font would be to contact the webmaster, and ask him what it is personally.
