Any experience there?
I have contacted them several times regarding how to push the domain name to a potential buyer with No respond.
Very bad customer support.

Here is the form that needs to be filled:

I agree that their support is not the best. Also, it is quite difficult to transfer a domain as you will have to fill out the form, include documentation, then print the form, send it to the buyer, he/she will have to complete it and then you can send it to 101domain. When I want to transfer a domain from 101domain I just use the authorization code and transfer it to another company.

So if i understand right, it's more easy to transfer a domain to another company than to push the domain to other 101 domain account ??

For me yes, but if you want to push the domain there is still a way.

101 isn't the worse but they're not the best. Somewhere in the middle.. maybe middle-bottom for registrars. Sometimes they have cheap deals.

I have a little sale of a domain name registered with Godaddy. The buyer wanted to transfer it out to 101domain.Instead of giving him auth code,I created an account with 101domain so I can push it to his account, thinking the push will be as simple as in Godaddy.I didn't find any info on their website on a push to another account with them.
So,I & the buyer have to fill the form and email it to 101domain?Somebody who pushed a domain with them please guide me.

Sorry to hear you've had problems with them. This isn't the first time I've heard about issues at 101domain..

Hope you can reach someone soon!

Their support can be really incompetent, and very slow to respond if you have to do things through tickets, or waiting for them to call you back. If it's important, ask to speak to a manager or Business Development Manager as they're called by title. Anybody below them often gives somewhere between -0.5 and 0.7 fucks, and on credit at that.

Much better to leave this headache to the buyer's shoulders. You push the domain to his GoDaddy account, and he then himself does with this domain whatever he wants.

Hi just wanted to say that 101domain has updated their internal transfer process. For most gTLDs and ccTLDs it is an automated process. All you have to do is click on the domain you wish to transfer and select transfer to another account. Answer security questions to get an Auth Code.

In the 101domain account you are transferring to, just click transfer in a domain, enter the domain name and proceed to checkout where you will be asked for the Auth Code. There is no cost for this. That's it! The transfer is instant.

Some ccTLDs require a manual process, in which you would have to fill out the form linked above. For this you would need to download, complete, sign, upload documents and send it back, etc. but that's just the world of ccTLDs for ya. That's why a lot of other registrars don't even offer all of the domains 101domain does. They don't want to bother with the hassle.
