I mean if a domain taken in .COM but available in other TLDs or if a domain taken in 5 or 6 TLDs and in other is available. Does it matter on quality of the domain?

I own 2 words .com. [Gemstone name] + ring but in another TLDs domain is available.

This is important for domainers, but not important for entrepreneurs?

It’s only important in the sense that the more TLDs the name is registered in — assuming they are legitimate registrations and not a single entity or other domain investors — the more popular the name is in culture and commerce… so the more likely you’ll find an end user to sell it to.
