Domain Registration Date: Tue May 31 17:08:52 GMT 2005
Domain Expiration Date: Tue May 30 23:59:59 GMT 2006
Domain Last Updated Date: Sun Jun 04 11:19:54 GMT 2006

Can anyone please tell me when this domain will be expiring? I mean when it will be available??

Thanks a lot in advance,

Usually it's not available publicly until roughly 60-70 days after the expiration date (5/30/06). Keep in mind, the current registrant can still renew it. Also, check which registrar it's with and you might be able to backorder the domain with them so you get it before it goes into Redemption Period.

I was under the interpretation that it's 70 + days and also the discretion of the registrar if they choose they can resell it first.

For this domain I have already backordered. So my question was that if the owner do not renew it than after how much more days it will be available??

Please let me know.

Thanks

It's usually 70-80 days past expiration that it will drop. But it really depends which registrar its at.

Which registrar is it with?

Ah. Then keep an eye on their domain marketplace. All domains expiring with GoDaddy go there to be auctioned before entering the delete processs. If someone places a bid on the name there, it will not drop, but be sold to the high bidder instead.

I'm not exactly sure what date it will go into the TDNAM.com marketplace. Just keep checking there every few days. Maybe someone else can say more exactly when it will be listed.

Usually after 35 days of expiration, for my .us and .biz.

Thanks a lot for the information as I have already backordered by godaddy.com

Hope I will get by godaddy as they backorder at very low cost :)

If it is registered at GoDaddy you will not get it directly if they consider the keyword of value. The domain will go to TDNAM and your backorder credit will be used to automatically add a $10 bid to the auction, so if nobody else bids on it the domain is yours, if they do you'll have to compete in the auction. You will receive an email from GoDaddy when this happens, so you don't have to keep checking every day.

TDNAM is terrible for auctions being 'sniped' with 2 seconds remaining because they do not have bids extending auction time, so watch out for that and make sure the max bid you enter is what you really are willing to pay and not just the next highest bid or you will almost definitely lose it to an automated bidder in the final second.

It generally isn't worth having your $18.99 tied up to backorder a domain registered at GD as it will go to TDNAM anyway - just keep an eye on it and keep your money in your pocket in the meantime.
