This is a website that I would normally not consider selling but circumstances change and the need for liquidity forces me to consider it. Before moving forward I just want to say a few things:
* The website is completely legal and it's earning revenue from Adsense and App affiliate (in-app purchases and app sales).
* The website doesn't need any sort of maintenance, only hosting.
* The domain name and SSL certificate and the full code are included.
* There are currently 34.4K keywords in Google according to ahrefs.
* A Facebook page with 217 likes is included.
* The website is growing fast and it indexes via RSS from the Apple App Store, it currently has all the apps available on the main App Store. Because the main App Store is not very well formatted there are people using that one to search apps from PC and other devices, that's a major bonus.

Things you can do to improve the traffic and revenue:
Twitter account and recommend new apps.

Apple iTunes affiliate account. (it's fairly easy to get but it takes a few days to get approved).
A Facebook account for me to push the page to you.
An account on name.com for me to push the domain.
