Please let me know what you think about my new automotive news source. I only have a few stories on there but that is just until I can get everything sorted out the way I like it.

Trying to keep it minimalistic.

Great layout! It's clean, great colour scheme, and maintaining the newspaper theme. The only flaw in my opinion is the slight lack in the amount of pictures used. Since it's a car newspaper website, the majority of viewers aren't really looking for professional minimalism, but rather an attractive setting filled with car themes, not black/white only with lots of text.

I love cars, and every site I frequent has cars everywhere and it makes the page blurry and unorganized. I sought to change that. I will have a small forum as well as a photo hosting system attached to this soon. Then, i will have more vehicles to look at, but I dont think I want to pound visitors with images. If they are interested in a photo barrage, I recommend cardomain.com

Generally, not a bad site. The carbon colored side rails as well as bars are definitely getting the racing feel across while the header is in total contrast and brings the newspaper association.

I'd suggest to link in some more content, videos, more "agressive" racing visuals. You're definitely on the right track and i'm sure that your next updates will reflect some of the suggestions here. While you're at it, don't forget the FavIcon

Simple and clean design.

Are you going to use this website for commercial purpose? if yes, I highly suggest you to concentrate on advertising programs like Adbrite and Adsense. Automotive adverticements will fetch you nice ppc revenues.

Also I suggest you to include RSS news feeds from various automobile news sites such as automotivedigest.com. RSS feeds make your site with daily updated contents, resulting in high PR results.

Great Design! However, the text and its alignment on some of the pages seems messy. In addition, come up with some sort of layout for the news page instead of having it hanging. Maybe, use a table or some graphics to add more flavor. There is much more white space then expected as well.
