This is a very nice script to be able to focus on a specific real estate related niche in a speciifc region of the world and I am sure many of you already know how much easier it is to rank well for keywords that are geo-targeted rather than broad terms such as real estate and mortgages which have huge competition.

The admin demo above will give you a good idea of what changes can be made to the script and it comes with a very nice template system that utilizes tokens to help create unique sites quickly and easily. And for those of you who do not feel comfortable with html and/or css we will be providing free templates as well.
