Auto-populate WTB thread

I spoke with Gene and he directed me to post my inquiry in this forum.

In the "Want To Buy" forum, I am seeing more and more people just posting "I want to buy XYZ name" messages without a budget and TLD requirement.

Can we auto populate the message area with a text "Please include your budget and TLD requirement", much like it's done in the Auction forum?

This should be a really simple thing to do (60 seconds?), and it would save a lot of grief. Thanks for the suggestion sf2010! Now... who has the access to do this?

Great suggestion, sf2010! Right now, it's already asked of potential buyers to give a budget. I'd personally like to see a TLD requirement, though.
