Do author names cause TM problems in the following situations?

For example, www.stephenking.com.

a- opening a fan site that also sells Stephen King books
b- opening a website selling books or displaying ads of online book shops
c- opening a website talking about your imaginary friend stephen king, which has no connection with the author one, and putting some adsense.

Bare minimum, you can lose the domain name. The worst case scenario might
depend on how far both you and the trademark holder are willing to go.

I was going to say I'll let your imagination determine the worst case, but nah...
