Decent domain that fits the extension well. You should probably be ready to hold on to this one for a while. On the reseller market you probably will not be able to reach the $xxx range. For this one end-users is what you should be looking for and spend time on if you don't want to develop.

People from the North West also know that Auburn is just outside Seattle of 65k population. If you you just want to sell it I suggest you sell it to a Realtor in one of the Auburn city. ( Washington, Maine, California). Although I think you'll have a better chance in Auburn Washington.

I would sell this for $1k no.... $1.5k perhaps... $2k definitely.. Just my opinion.

well i never had any idea that there are so many cities named Auburn in United States!
