Please keep this in mind. I did NOT just hand reg this domain. I am ramping up my summer for appraisals, drops, categorization, outbound outreach, selling, and future goals . . . since I am off! I am sharing this because most will say stop hand regging. Buy aftermarket! These will not be new hand regs, well not until the end of the summer!

Meant to mention I see this domain fitting in with Atlanta Real Estate in some capacity! Although I do think that much is obvious!

Do not see much value in this one either.
About buying only "Aftermarket". That's a whole different ball game. Either you get lucky finding a gem somebody "dropped" or let "expire" (Finding needles in the haystack) or you start bidding on auctions. Even there, you gotta have the feel for resale value before bidding too much etc. But, obviously having your eyes peeled all over the place with knowledge gives you more chances in finding "premium domains". Bid carefully.

I personally hand-regged most of my domains and those are the most valuable to me so far. Even though some are nTLD. Also have some in KING. Be creative IMO here! (Don't just ALWAYS look at what sold and try to copy it for example)

If you are interested I can show you one example I just hand regged yesterday (PM me). Should sell for at least 1k in my opinion! And I bought it for only $7

Hi, some good points you stated above. Well, if you don't mind, would like to see example of a domain you registered that you were talking about. Just for research purposes.
