Hello Please help appraise this domain...I hand reg this domain and need ideas on how to outbound to endusers..who do I really target as an enduser..or should I just leave it in my portfolio and wait for interests?

Little value. The word "disburse" isn't strong, brand wise. Disburse meaning "to pay out"...words such as pay, donate, purse, fund, gift...much better, in the given case, IMO. Welcome to the community

Also disburse is a verb when after noun crypto it should be another noun like disbursement.
