Can someone give me an appraisal on this geo? population of 189,264. This is my first city name. Also tell me what you think of city domains with hyphens.

The stats I use are on the google keyword tool. With the term in "" and the exact term. There are 2100 searchs a month for "athens clarke county", or 210 for "athens-clarke".

It it was for example san-francisco then it has value. However I think this is a city-county.com so has a lot less value.

Resell I dont see it with much value. As the hyphen kills it.

Thanks, I think it has to have some value, maybe not as much as I thought. Anyway, this gives me a chance to learn about the GEO market. Any others?

The US Athens city name is a copy of the greek Athens city.
Greek Athens has about 5 millions of population (much more than 189k).
But even like than I don't thing that your domain has big value. In fact I think that it is close to the reg. fee.
