Assigning Sound

Does anyone know how to assign a sound file to an image when the mouse passes over it?

how do you mean?

do you mean when you mouseover an image it will make a short 1second "click" sound (for example...) or do you mean so that when someone mousesover your image it will play a song, or suchlike?

For the latter, I would suggest using Macromedia Flash - its pretty simple - but for the first one, I am sure there is a javascript somewhere that can do that!
