I would like to ask you, base on your experience what kind of free (non paid) Wordpress Plugins that can raise up your SEO ?

imo the Yoast one is better.

Use one of the following plugins
All in one SEO pack
OR
SEO Yoast
OR
Platinum SEO
all the three plugins works almost same but i highly recommend All in one SEO pack, it is best at this time
secondly install Google XML Sitemaps for XML Sitemap creation.
thirdly install KP ROBOTS.txt, it is also a good plugin to configure robots.txt file and also guide you how to make a robots.txt file
