im trying to build a real estate site, can anyone with experience recommend a good RE script whose template can be customized ? so it wont look the same like any other re sites...

Try built2go.com it does have a good script on this one.

Template modification will depend on the knowledge of the person who is modifying it. So I cannot tell if it is easy to modify it or it is a tough one.
