Is that a site or a dropped domain?
You site is currently down but anyway, you've got decent traffic there.
My suggestion is to utilize the traffic by investigating the source and purpose of this traffic before selling it.
If you really would like to know a price. I would say low-mid xxx.
If it is a developed site it's another story.
