.asia auction and GoDaddy whose fault is it?

i reg domain name cricket.asia on 3/3/2008 from Godaddy ........till that date onwards ..they didnt give me any info abt the auction ...Bu few days back the it showed tat the cricket.asia has been in auction in .asia site.......till this date i didnt get any mail from any1 regardin the auction...And today when i searched for my domain again..it showed me tat my domain cricket.asia has already been registered for some other person...

Who to go after?

Go after both GoDaddy and .asia because you just were swindlwd out of a great domain name.
