How can I design a site that can take on the tasks of a competitor like paypal or credit companies...any idea on how to establish relationships with banks or funding organizations.

Well, the first thing you should do is develop a business plan. Get everything down on paper. The idea, how your going to make money, structure, anything and everything.

Your probably going to need funding to get somrthing like this started and you'll never get funding with a business plan.

Ben is correct, it would also be quite a hard process and you will need funding, nice idea though, good luck with it.

Not to mention it is hard to break away because they use bank transfers and a lot of complicated stuff. Plus, if anything happened you would be directly responsible.

But you could always use figurehead, then if something goes wrong he will get the blame

I think you would need some sort of capital to base your business on. Established banks aren't going to just jump into business with you if you don't have $$$ backing yourself.
