Check your ccTLD extensions carefully folks, i've just had confirmation from the American Samoa registry that ".as" domains CAN NOT be sold on to others... eek!

Well, there are a number of ccTLDs that do not allow speculative registrations (for resale)

Domainers need to do their homework indeed.
