I thought i would post a poll and see who's still hand regging, with new products hitting the market all the time i am wondering if it is working for you?

I hand reg probably around 10 domains a week. I love hand regging domains... what's not to love? The ROI is unheard of!

for old sales.. It is not a big deal, only wants some time...

Wit the current limited financial resources that I have, I only do it rarely. I will do a hundred handregging when money i$ overflowing in the near future.

I get a couple per month. As already mentioned above, usually only names that I'm interested in.

I recently purchased four {insert_disease_name}.info domains and an adult domain. Spent about $8 total after coupons.

I keep a list of available domain names, and when a good GoDaddy coupon comes along, I might register a few from the list (along with a free .info when they are running that sale).

NOTE: the .info does not have to match the .com being registered -- so I keep a list of .info's that I am also interested in...

Definitely. My ROI is much better on the hand reg names than spending mid - high $$$ and $1K+ for single names. Makes selling names way less stressful imo.

it seems hand regging is still quite popular, as mentioned there is always a new product around the corner and other medical advances etc

Exactly.
Plus, remember, many reported sales were fake sales. (domain noobs trying shill bidding and hoping someone would bid more, etc.)

I rarely hand-reg a domain these days...Had more than my share of mistakes when I first started as a noobie

My last hand-reg was Genomicist dot com, I think - quite awhile ago....
