Are we secure?

Every day hundreds of new virus variants appear...
Cyber Wars between countries like China, US, Russia and others are the plate of day, bringing the new and improved Cold War.

Almost all of our life information could be compromised and used to clone identities.

Does the government spies us or protect us? Are we secure?

Yes we can do something about it by voting wisely. But I don't see that happening.

Thats the biggest problem in the near future and I´m afraid there will be many ethical problems for the next generation if you think about the problematic of surrogate mother, gen manipulation and cloned children.

But voting for other party does not prevent other countries to computer spy us right? Why not spend some money upgrading computer security infrastructures rather than spending on tanks, submarines or even new stadiums for sports events...

Cyber wars in effect have already happened in the past in fact in 2007 Russia were accused of attacking Estonia in this way.

Also China vs USA is often been talked on the news.

I think internet is moving in both ways.
Threats and security, both are becoming more powerful every next day.

I still feel safe, but not totally secure.
