Hello , Noticed there are some very nice keyword domains available to reg with the .us.com extension

What would be the pros and cons in using the .us.com extension ?

It isn't a domain, it's a sub-domain - ie a 3rd level name. Here is a report on the gb.com sub-domains that failed some time ago.
