domain Are these kind of domains good?

Are these domains good?

I was wondering if the following type of domains have some value:

USA County + RealEstate or Homes or MLS?

For example (Not my domains...just example):

OaklandCountyRealEstate.com - ?
OaklandRealEstate.com - ?
OaklandCountyHomes.com - ?
OaklandHomes.com - ?
OaklandCountyMLS.com - ?
OaklandMLS.com - ?

How would you compare them and are all versions good or some are just garbage?

Hmm, no garbage...

Only problem is that you'll have to develop something to get any value.
Or find a good enduser...

OaklandHomes.com and OaklandRealEstate.com are the best ones in my opinion..

I think your right on the best ones. And Definitely an end user search for these domains is your best bet. Also depends on the relestate market in that area and if you can convince an enduser (agent/broker) to engage in a convo about domain traffic that they are missing out on that could potentially be a missed sale or listing for them.

If you don't already own those domains, don't buy them however I think if you own all of those domains already you should work on developing something. I mean you are already so invested in the domains -- so many with a common theme. Build something with them, point them all to a main one, the best one and then work on selling it off.

I think Oakland Homes is your best one. Build up a site around it and see if you can sell it to an end user. Maybe work out a deal with a larger real estate company in your area. I don't know. Just some random thoughts.

Funny thing is almost all such domains are registered, some going back years.
I guess some people know how to make money with these kind of domains.
