I think you need to clarify exactly what your prices are, and what they get you.

What does the $400 pricetag get you? What does the $3000 tag get you? If i'm understanding correctly, $400 gets you the script with reseller rights; while $3000 gets you the script with reseller rights, plus the arcadedude.com site....

...does this mean the site itself is worth $2,600? If so, how? No revenue or traffic to speak of - in fact in your original post you say that when buying the site you're mainly paying for the script... which you can get for $400 anyway with resell rights... so where does this extra $2,600 come into it?

I can understand you're desperate for money, but you need to be less erratic in your approach to this sale; and bear in mind you're trying to sell an unestablished script with a minimal existing userbase, based solely on what you see as its potential.

How long has the site been online? How long has it been making this kind of revenue? Does it ever make less than $150 per month? If so, when was the last month it did so? Are you willing to post Adsense revenue screenshots here?

It has been making $150 per month for quite some time, but that is my partners end. I will get screenshots and further information on our monthly income and daily revenue. I appologize if it differs from what I told you above.
