You can put any other ads on it and i can teach you how.
The website is weighting more than 3gb of content so you will need a good webhosting place. I can also provide hosting if needed.
As for the traffic, it come mainly from US. Around 10-30 UV per day seeing around 10 pages per visit

For the adsense stats, it was not that high... sometimes 10-25 cents a day. I don't have proof but it was low but not 0.
