Established arcade site $70/month income $330 bin!

Im selling an arcade site www.arcadeflash.info

It is getting 15000 uniques a month at the moment and i need to sell it tonight.
As this site is getting so much traffic and is getting $70 a month from advertisers, i will set a price tonight of $330.

I will send proof after you agree to buy the site and income comes from text and banner links that have not yet been paid for (waiting so buyer gets $70 income!)

Great opportunity need $330 right now and a great deal for all!

It's strange that with 15k uniques/mth you don't get a single click on the Google Ads. Not to mention that you've displayed more than the allowed 3 ad units according to Google's TOS.

Like i said, they are not my google ads on the site they are still on there from when i bought the script. I have not displayed any amounts it is other owner of the scripts company.

I do read, as i can see that you havent provided any stats of any kind hence the low bid. If you want serious bidders provide some proper stats.

Mate, listen up. NOBODY is going to buy a site with no proper proof of income.
I can't see how there is so many unique visitors to them site with only 30 games.
You are coming across very suspisiosly and your doing yourself no favours by not backing your quotes up!
Get a grip and post some evidence or the flaming will continue.

I do not have proof of income because i have not taken the money from them yet. I thought it would be a lot nicer thing for me to leave it so the new buyer can get the money instantly when they buy the site. I thought this was a nice thing to do as people were flaming me for selling the ads while the site was up for sale. I took that into account and have not taken the money yet so that the owner can get some. If you see i was taking the advice of flamers and doing what i thought would be more of an incentive to potential buyers.

As you see im willing to talk everything through with people so people stop making asumptions that i am trying to scam i am just trying to get rid of an arcade site i have built up.

get your host to fix it then, ive never known a host not to have a working cPanel over a few days. (http://mga-networks.co.uk according to your whois information)

I will not try to harm your sale, but I will say this... if you don't reply to AGS accusations and sit there ignoring him like it never happened, then you may as well give up on this one.

I for one would be pissed if someone accused me of something I didn't do. So, did you or didn't you trash two of his sale threads?

I warned potential buyers that the arcade script was for sale on this forum by another user so was just saying that what he was saying might not be true. He explained it was his partner that did it and i appologised. The sale fell through and they balmed me.

Recently i was interested in one of their arcade sites again for sale on webmaster talk. It was $320 for a new site with hosting. I asked why it should be worth $320 for a new site and was unsure the hosting was worth that much. I can understand you not understanding that these kind of exchanges can be touchy and should be handled via PM. We all live and learn, so I'll buy your excuse on the second one. Concerning the first one though, where you supposedly said, "Not worth it, get one much cheaper with 10X traffic!"; Did you make that statement?

I suggest you make a new thread, as well. You'd have better chances of getting hit by lightning than making a sale in this one. Remember, though, to add AS MUCH info as you can--if you don't have enough to add, you should wait until your cPanel's fixed so you can acquire the stats you need for a serious sale.
