Established arcade site $70/month income $330 bin!

Im selling an arcade site www.arcadeflash.info

It is getting 15000 uniques a month at the moment and i need to sell it tonight.
As this site is getting so much traffic and is getting $70 a month from advertisers, i will set a price tonight of $330.

I will send proof after you agree to buy the site and income comes from text and banner links that have not yet been paid for (waiting so buyer gets $70 income!)

Great opportunity need $330 right now and a great deal for all!

I have said this alot now, thats is the most recent stats i have, i cant get refer stats as my cpanel doesnt work.

I cant show u revenue stats as i have held off the buyers so that you can get revenue when you sign up. Understand everyone?

I dont really understand but i asume your meaning why dont i have stats from webelizer or whatever its called and the other one. The reason is that awstats are easier to use and thats all i have screen shots of on my other computer as i have never been asked for anything other then awstats, i never even check the others.

You already cost us one sale of $125 a couple of weeks ago, but not content with that you had to come and take the piss in another sales thread over there and ruin that one too.

He means aswell can we have google adsense stats. We have so far seen NO revenue stats to back up your $70 a month claim.

If it was links that were sold can we see proof (paypal, egold etc)

Also how can you not fix cPanel? This is complete tosh im afraid.

Not ebign funny but have you got proof as in traffic stats and revenue stats? This site is priced on its income and traffic. Yes hes provided old traffic information but so far we have had no revenue stats to back up the $70 a month claim.

I can say I have seen the stats and by just looking at them, I would think he is making more or he may not have his ads setup right. I think $70 is too little for such a good site. I know that he sold some text links on the left hand side for a fair amount. I remember when I was getting around that many visitors a month, I was making around $100. So if you get the site and find some good partners or a different advertising program you probably could make even more, plus selling the text links.

I forgot to add I think he's telling the text links for $20 or $25 a month, so that's a fair amount. Don't quote me on it though.

Its evident without you ranting about him crashing two of your sales on other forums that this sale so far is a bit dud.

Yes im intrested in the site but he cannot provide the people intrested with the basic requirments in my honest opinion required to sell a website being:

> Up To Date traffic stats
> Revenue Stats
> Referal Stats

Which so far he hasnt provided and unfortunatly in this day and age someone saying "oh he does make this or that" is complete rubbish.

These type of sites are friendly places and I hate to have to post this in the open but the fact of the matter is that this guy one day might do the same to you sir, then you would really appreciate why I am posting this in the open.

He only cost me $445, he could really mess a big sale up unless he realises that rules in sales threads are there for a reason.

Firstly, i cannot show the money coming in as i stalled the buyers so that the owner will get income when they walk into the sale, i thought this would be helpful not bad so im sorry if i have done it the wrong way. Also i have made 0 from adsense as some of may know when you get that site you have adsense put on it already. I have not changed them (alot of people think im mad) but a few $$ isnt going to make alot of difference so left them as they are and there not SEO so probably dont get alot where they are.

Mate, listen up. NOBODY is going to buy a site with no proper proof of income.
I can't see how there is so many unique visitors to them site with only 30 games.
You are coming across very suspisiosly and your doing yourself no favours by not backing your quotes up!
Get a grip and post some evidence or the flaming will continue.

I do read, as i can see that you havent provided any stats of any kind hence the low bid. If you want serious bidders provide some proper stats.
