I know this all sounds very encouraging, but I also see the flip side, namely "a decrease of 26% in the number of sales." Registrations are at an all-time record high so one would also expect that after sales might/ should potentially to be also if it were to follow a parallel. The sheer backlog on SEDO alone (24 million domains at present) indicates to me that we continue to move into a phase where you literally need a golden ticket to get a sale. Tough times for flippers... even with the .ai wave.
