Note also that on Spaceship the buyer cannot select a shorter term than the one set by the seller, so the buyer has to contact you first if they prefer to pay "normal" payments per month (=friction). (Buyer may pay the remaining balance early if they want, but that's not the same thing.)
Pricing always comes down to market validation and end-user utility. A domain is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay, but when you target premium sectors like FinTech, Legal, or Accounting, the floor prices naturally hold much higher equity due to corporate branding budgets.
