No comment on BIN pricing, but be careful with those ridiculously long LTO periods. The seller is responsible for covering domain renewal fees. Note also that on Spaceship the buyer cannot select a shorter term than the one set by the seller, so the buyer has to contact you first if they prefer to pay "normal" payments per month (=friction). (Buyer may pay the remaining balance early if they want, but that's not the same thing.)

Pricing always comes down to market validation and end-user utility. A domain is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay, but when you target premium sectors like FinTech, Legal, or Accounting, the floor prices naturally hold much higher equity due to corporate branding budgets.
