After a long time i thought i would put up something for others to appraise

I know this is a .net and hyphenated, but i thought the market is HUGE and the trends speaks for itself (check google trends and google insight for search).

Though i am unsure about the value. I personally think its great for development and with .net and the keyword you can come up on first pages of google. Reseller value for a fast sale might not be that high though.

What do you think?

I don't know that anyone would want to use this. Most apps developers have brandable names.

Maybe if the focus was on .NET type apps but even that's a stretch imho.

It's a good keyword, but the hyphen kills it.
In my experience even .com with hyphen are very difficult to sell.
Besides, AppsDevelopment.co is available at reg fee.
Best bet is to make an automated minisite and sell it for $50-$100
Otherwise reg fee.
