domain approx. value

i'm wanting to sell the domain, webgamerz.com, but i'm not sure for how much. The domain was registered with namecheap.com, and expires on December 8th, 2004. It once recieved 4,500 unique visitors a day, but then i closed it down and now it's receiving around 50 - 100 unique visitors a day. The domain has a google page rank of 4. How much should i sell it for?

You should at least put a down for maintenance page up If you were getting 4500 a day the traffic alone would be worth at least xxxx. 50-100 a day probably Mid $xx to low $xxx
