The legislation likely won't get a full vote this year, and still faces still competition in the Senate. Logistically, a ban would be much more difficult than regulation. Most likely, we'll see a move toward regulation over the next few years. PPC might be more volatile, but, in the end, the industry will be on more solid footing in a few years.
