1. It's long. Not too many 4 word domains are selling.
2. I've read (haven't confirmed) that Goog penalizes long names.
3. Can you get health care providers to pay for referrals? I don't think patients will pay.

sorry about the long reply time my wife has been in the hospital and I kinda put the domaining on the back burner for a while. I appreciate that time you have taken to give me input.
