domain Appraise this portfolio please

Hello,

I own a portfolio of 35 info domains about London. My idea is to develop a minisite network. I have calculated that keywords may receive 1000-1500 clicks per day. Thery are info domains, so I think I can get 5 percent of these clicks (by means of a seo work, of course). Let's suppose an average click of 0.10USD, I would earn 0.1*50 = 5 USD per day. 150USD per moth, So I think that the value is close to 1500 USD. Friends of mine say that calculations are wrong (because of not type-in traffic), that the value is lower. What do you think it could be the value? Nowadays, portfolio is parked and revenue is marginal. I need to know a accuarate value to know if I can invest in seo or sell by a cheap prize.

Hi,

I think you are overestimating how much clicks you will get, I mean 5% for a .info is a lot.

And by the way, it is not enough to see how much clicks each keywords get, you also must calculate how many competitors/sites there are about the subject/keyword.¨

It is nice, that you have made and effort of it and made a plan, thats always good.

But as I said before, you need to include other factors in your calculation.

And please dont shoot the messenger, but you must really be carefull to not reg. TM domains, for your own sake.

I havent checked the other ones but this domain "ImperialCollege.info" is a TM.

So are these busy or common streets in London? Is there enough interesting information about each of them to develop? You could develop each one and have this network of sites with historical information, business directory, etc for each street, but it seems to me that these would make more sense for it to be a single website, like londonstreets.info or something like that (which is available, go get it!).

Edit: ok i just realized its more landmarks than streets, maybe londonlandmarks.info ?

Thank you scabies. I have thought to develop only a website. But this is the classical model, this time I would do something different. Something like a monopoly. You advice about to include lots of information is not viable for me at this moment, but I agree with you that it would be more effective.
