I see you have these in the auction section. It will make it alot harder to sell if prospective buyers see you get appraisals that say no value.
Unless you can explain what they mean ex GFX

Yourfavorite service..cant see how I would develop it. Lots of work there.
Minecraft.. not interested in games.
Cheap overstock.. again whats the niche?

Find niche(topics) of information that interest you and stick to them. Its a learning curve.
Was there any recent sales in above niche that turned you onto these names?
My niche weed, hemp, geo names and a few solar names.

My rule is who would buy it, how would i develop it, Can you start a business with the said domain name?
Monetize your name, get it happening so you could make some money.

Maybe you know something I dont, I hope so. Please dont register a bunch of names, write them down, think,research google them, anyhistory? Archive.org

I havent visited your sites but I hope there is some development happening, or parked at sedo to see if you get traffic. I am not proud to say I have dropped 500 names in my time. They were crap.

Better to have one $200 name than twenty $10 names.

For me none of your names stand out. #2 is best of them all, me thinks
