prophetic.com is a single word domain private owner for 19 yrs.

The domain name has been held private without a web site attached. Webtrends shows 27k unique visitors. There is no metadata or HTML to the domain, so no web traffic has been recorded.

SEDO and GreatDomains has appraised it at $75k to $85k, but I want a real world appraisal.

An Asian automotive group, a cell phone manufacture, and a European chocolate maker have all looked at the domain in the past. Was thinking of using domain for a Christian news portal, or a community blog to share dreams, or for a think tank in Washington DC,

An appraisal would be great, but if I kept the domain, what should I do with it?
Any suggestions what I should do with the domain if I were to develop a site for it? What kind of website would you expect to find at "prophetic" if you visited or keyword searched it?

Agree! The right buyer might give low $xxx,xxx!!
Development wise I would see a christian (or not) sermon/preaching database/social network/e-learnig platform... There are lots of possibilities!

I own the domain. What's the best way to market this for sale? I was thinking an ad in the NY Times. If I had social marketing skills I wouldn't be selling this domain.
