Since no one is answering (normally this means worthless domain), i will:

This name reminds on "PISSED" and with the .net extension its probably not worth more than reg fee or max $50 maybe (i personally wouldn't even take this for $10)

Also the monthly exact searches is 5400 (you have to chose [Pist] not "Pist" or Pist ) in Google keyword tool.

And even the 5400 is mostly related to search terms like
"pist me off"
"pist meaning"
"pist off"
etc.
These are some dumb users who can't even spell pissed!

Which means no commercial use, no competition, and therefore useless for development.
Your only chance is someone outside US (or UK) using this as acronym for something.
The acronyms mentioned in acronymfinder, etc. are worthless and not suitable as endusers
