I can not agree with you. So far, I managed to sell several .africa domains. The highest sales of them are: $ 1700, $ 7,000 (month ago - 3 domain pack).
I also had many inquiries of 100-200 dollars, which I did not accept.
Over time they may gain value for speculators, but I dont see a practical business or end-user need. Africa is a continent, not a country. Africa is made up of many countries (most which kinda don't like each other ) , so I dont see something like "inbox" being used for email. It's possible to have good .africa names, but I dont think these 3 are anything other than domainer names.
