Sorry but I can't read Farsi but if it means Iran.tv in Farsi, it's an excellent reg IMO. Not sure of the value or IDNs in the .tv field though

Where's the best place to reg IDNs, never regged any before. I know Dynadot does them but don't know anywhere else

sorry, not much!! iranians wouldn't watch internet tv in iran so this name is for ex pats and noone will type farsi . tv

iran.tv however would be worth low $xx,xxx because iranian tv for ex pats is huge business worth 50-100+ million dollars!
