have a nice day.
Googlewebservices.com is my first domain name.
I planned to sell it now.
But I m not sure abt its price range.
many says it may go for >$10000 since Google itself may intented to buy it as soon as they realize the domain name.

Some says its against of google's trademark .
Wat can I do now?
please guide me thru the process...

it reminds me of the famous itune conflict. I dont really know you can make deals with google over this. Better to get the domain cancelled.

You really shouldn’t post the name in forums as most large organizations who feel their trademark has been infringed will hire companies such as cyveillance (Cyveillance.com) to monitor all online activity for the alleged infringing names.

if there are so many problem with such name domains, then why sites like googlestatistics.com or googlerank.com for example are still up since long time?

Some sites do function even with TM issues. The fact of the matter is that they are infringing on a trademark, and at any time, could be slapped with a C&D letter, or worse, straight off get sued for damages. TM sites are playing with fire :imho:

All good advice. Same advice I got from these guys when I regged googlecasts.com. I had thought I had landed into a goldmine. Infact one member here put the name's worth at -$1,000,000. A polite way of saying it was worth a lot but I will get nothing out of it. I even contacted a free lawyer at dnjournal who confirmed that google would have had me for breakfast if I insisted on hanging on to the name. Anayways, I got the message, painfully, and deregistered the domain. I still occassionally dream about the 1m though! Hmmm! How my life would have changed! I learnt my lesson and I can say that I'm now picking real nice domains.

If googleadicts.com can be sold for good price even with the TM google in it, then what in googlewebservices.com makes it away of being sold for reasonable price.
