I disagree with most abut the 1st Time Home Buyers. There are lots of programs, info, and other resources for first time home buyers that would bring traffic. Plus first time home buyers want someone who is going to take special care of them and walk them through the process. It doesn't have to be the only type of buyer that an agent or brokerage has. Even a mortgage companies appeal to first time buyers all the time.

That said, I prefer First instead of 1st. And I think that the missing T makes it worthless. Who wants advice on high priced items from a misspelled website?
